1. Canada Application form for Visitor Visa (IMM5257 Form).
- Fill it out digitally. You don’t need to print it out or sign it.
- View the form using Adobe Acrobat.
- Fill it out using Acrobat.
- Leave the signature field blank.
2. Accomplished Family Information Form (IMM5707E Form)
- Fill it out electronically.
- Use Acrobat Reader.
- Don’t sign it.
3. Valid Passport
- Scanned copy of the bio page and all pages with visas and stamps.
- Your passport must have at least 6 months validity and signature.
4. Digital photo
- Passport-size (35mm x 45mm).
- White background.
- Provide two photographs of yourself with your application.
- Your photographs must comply with the specifications below. If the
photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new
photographs before your application can be processed.
- The photographs must be identical and taken within the last six
months. They may be either black and white or color.
- The photographs must be clear, well defined and taken against a
plain white or light-colored background.
- If the photographs are digital, they must not be altered in any way.
- Your face must be square to the camera with a neutral expression,
neither frowning nor smiling, and with your mouth closed.
- You may wear non-tinted prescription glasses as long as your eyes
are clearly visible. Make sure that the frame does not cover any
part of your eyes. Sunglasses are not acceptable.
- A hairpiece or other cosmetic accessory is acceptable if it does not
disguise your normal appearance.
- If you must wear a head covering for religious reasons, make sure
your full facial features are not obscured.
- Photographs must be printed on quality photographic paper.
5. Proof of Purpose of Travel
- Submit proof that you are coming to Canada for a TEMPORARY visit. You
can submit any or all of the following:
- Flight ticket departing Canada (return or onward ticket).
- Your travel itinerary.
- Hotel booking.
6. Travel History
- Scanned. This can be any or all of the following:
- Previous passports used within the last 10 years
- Expired and valid visas
- Entrance and exit stamps
- If you’re living outside your country of citizenship, submit a copy of your
immigration status document.
7. Proof of Means of Financial Support
- Scanned copies of any or all of the following:
- Bank statement for the past 4 months
- Certificate of Employment
- Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- Proof of assets (land titles, etc.).
- If you’re a student: you must also submit proof of payment of tuition and
accommodation fees.
- If someone else is funding your trip: also submit a letter from the person
or institution providing you with money.
8. Business Registration Documents
- Only if you’re self-employed or if you’re traveling for business.
- You can submit SEC, DTI, or BIR registration documents, as long as it
indicates the registered name of the business, the business address, and
type of ownership.
9. Letter of explanation
- This is optional. It’s not really a requirement, but if you wish to provide
more info about the trip, you can submit a letter of explanation.
- Write a letter explaining why you want to visit Canada and the details of
the trip. It should be short and straight to the point.

Our Canada visa assistance costs ₱16,800. This fee covers professional guidance, checking and filing of documents, tour itinerary, flight reservations, hotel reservations and support throughout the application process. We will have a staff accompany you during the biometrics and interview.
This excludes courier fees and travel insurance.
How long is the processing time and validity of the visa?
- Processing Time: Around 15–25 working days after completion of submission of documents.
- Validity: Maximum of 10 years validity, with a maximum of 90 days per entry (Subject to Canada Embassy’s approval).
