- A travel document, issued less than 10 years ago, contains at least two blank pages, with a validity period at least 3 months longer than the date on which you intend to leave the Schengen Area.
- Two copies of Passport size (4.5cm x 3.5cm) photograph with white background.

Additional Reminders
Submitting a visa application, including all the required documents, does not automatically mean that the visa will be issued. During the examination of an application, the Embassy may request additional documents and may call the applicant for an interview.

How much does the Schengen visa assistance cost for Filipinos?
Our Schengen visa assistance costs ₱12,800. This fee covers professional guidance, checking and filing of documents, tour itinerary, flight reservations, hotel reservations and support throughout the application process. We will have a staff accompany you during the biometrics.
This excludes courier fees and travel insurance.
How long is the processing time and validity of the visa?
- Processing Time: Around 15–20 working days after completion of submission of documents.
- Validity: Maximum of 5 years validity, with a maximum stay of 90 days per entry within any 180-day period.
