Recent photograph
2 pcs photograph (not older than 6 months) 2 x 2 inches square with white background.
Do not staple or glue the photo. Please make sure it is not damaged.

At least 7 months validity from the date of departure to Turkey (old passport with visa photocopy only – for supporting documents)
