United States visa Requirements for tourist and business purposes
- U.S. Visa Application Form (DS-160)
- Must be completed and submitted online through the Consular Electronic Application Center.
- Ensure all fields are correctly filled out. Answer “N/A” where applicable, and do not leave blanks.
- Print the DS-160 confirmation page with the barcode.
- Valid Passport
- Must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended period of stay in the U.S.
- Provide photocopies of the bio page, last page, and pages with visas and stamps (entry and exit).
- 2pcs 2×2” passport-size photos.
- Must not have been used for other visa applications.
- Taken within the last six months, white background, neutral expression, ears visible, and no eyeglasses.

Financial Documents
For Employed Applicants:
- Certificate of Employment (with name, position, date hired, salary, and company letterhead).
- Approved Leave of Absence.
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR).
For Business Owners:
- Complete set of Business Registration documents (DTI/SEC registration, Articles of Incorporation, and General Information Sheet).
- BIR Certificate of Registration.
- Latest company financial statements.
- Company’s ITR.
For Minors:
- Notarized Affidavit of Support and Consent signed by both parents.
- 2 valid IDs of parents.
- Birth Certificate (PSA issued).
- Bank Certificate and Statements of the parents.
For Homemakers:
- Affidavit of Support from spouse or sponsor.
- Bank Certificate and Statements from sponsor.
Additional Requirements
For Students:
- School ID.
- Enrollment Certificate with approved leave of absence.
- Copy of school calendar.
For Applicants Through Representative:
- Authorization Letter with a copy of valid ID.
For Retired Applicants:
- Proof of retirement (e.g., pension documents).

- Copy of PRC/IBP license or other professional licenses.

- Endorsement letter from the religious organization.
Non-Appearance
Effective October 1, 2025, all nonimmigrant visa applicants, including applicants under the age of 14 and over the age of 79, will generally require an in-person interview with a consular officer unless:
- Applicants renewing a B-1, B-2, B1/B2 visa within 12 months of the prior visa’s expiration when the prior visa was issued for full validity at the time of issuance and the applicant was at least 18 years old.

How much does the United States visa assistance cost for Filipinos?
Our US visa assistance costs ₱16,800. This fee covers professional guidance, checking and filing of documents, tour itinerary, flight reservations, hotel reservations and support throughout the application process. We will have a staff accompany you during the biometrics and interview.
This excludes courier fees and travel insurance.
How long is the processing time and validity of the visa?
- Processing Time: Around 7–10 working days after your interview.
- Validity: Maximum of 10 years validity, with a maximum of 180 days per entry (Subject to US Embassy’s approval).
